There is a different twist on the CrossFit Total today.  What is your 1 RM for these 3 lifts as opposed to back squat, shoulder press, and deadlift?  Lots of PRs!!

CF Class WOD: Clean, 1 rep Bench press, 1 rep Overhead squat, 1 rep

KB Class WOD: KB Complex:

3 rounds 3 reps each of:

KB Squat Clean KB Thruster KB Push Press or Jerk KB OHS

all left, all right

move up in weight each round
