WODs for Monday, 4/2/12
Remember hand release push ups can be easy or can be hard. If you are not used to going to full depth, they will be hard as they force you to get your chest to the deck. If you are used to doing strict push ups, chest to deck in a stiff plank position, the hand release in at the bottom will give you a bit of a rest or release of tension on your upper body during each rep.
