The weights for the CFitters on deadlifts doesn’t seem so heavy.  Take a look at the number of rounds.  Can you say C-A-R-D-I-O?

KB Class WOD:

30 KB Snatch (alternate R/L) 30 Wall Ball

CF Class WOD: Ten rounds for time of: 135/95 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 15 push-ups
