“Death By…” anything can’t be good. 🙂 No worries..it’s only 1 pull up in the 1st minute, plenty of rest time to gear up for the 2nd minute. Hummm..it’s a matter of getting all the pull ups in during minute 9, 10, 11, 12…. The great part is that you do whatever you can do. It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing.
CF Class WOD:
Death By Pull Ups With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
KB Class WOD: For time Sprint 100m 21x One armed Russian Swing, left arm 10x Push-ups 21x One armed Russian Swing, right arm 15x Push-ups 21x Thruster, left arm 20x Push-ups 21x Thruster, right arm Sprint 100m
