CF Class WOD: Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
BONUS WOD: For Time: 25 One Armed Swing (R) 50 American Kettlebell Swings 25 One Armed Swing (L) 50 American Kettlebell Swings
at the top of each minute complete 4 burpees until all the reps are completed.
