CF Class WOD: Skill: Wall Ball

Coaching Point:  Check out page 23 of our Exercise Manual. The center of the ball must hit the target at or above the specified target height. If the ball hits low or does not hit the wall, it is a no rep. The ball cannot be taken off the floor off a bounce.

Met-con: “Nicole”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: Run 400 meters Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round to comments.
