WODs for Monday 6/17/13

Everyone was a Kettlebeller(KBeller) today!! There is a ton of coordination and core work in rocking out KB movements.  It’ll surprise you if you haven’t had a lot of experience with kettlebells.  Give it a try!!!

CF Class WOD: Strength: Split Press

Coaching Point: We work the split press to find stability in a position that is unstable for a lot of people. It’s difficult because it requires full body tension. Try to make each rep end looking like the finish of your best jerk.

Met-con: As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of: 30 Double Unders 8 Russian Kettlebell Swing (1 arm)s 55lbs/35lbs 8 Russian Kettlebell Swing (1 arm)s 55lbs/35lbs

KB Class WOD: 4 Rounds: Try to go up in weight each round but use same weight for each exercise per round. 10/10 Suitcase Deadlifts 10/10 KB Cleans 10/10 KB Thrusters
