Finally a workout besides Fight Gone Bad that it true to it’s name, “Nutts”.  It was organized chaos in here all day.  Everyone survived and did more than they thought they could!!  Way to go!!

KB Class WOD: 50 Reps of the following complex: 1 Clean+1 Push Press + 1 Reverse TGU+1 H2H Swing (alternate arms)

CF Class WOD: “Nutts”

For time: 10 Handstand push-ups 250/205 pound Deadlift, 15 reps 25 Box jumps, 30 inch box 50 Pull-ups 100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10’ 200 Double-unders Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate
