10 ROUNDS?!?!? WOW!!!  CF for 10 Rounds of anything is a bear especially for a 1 RM strength.  But, the good thing in the end is that a lot of new PRs were hit and our CFitters are movin’ on up!!!  CONGRATS!!!  Then for the Bonus WOD, our CFitters got a lil’ tasste of what our KBellers experience for every one of their WODs!!!

CF Class WOD: Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Bonus WOD: As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes: 20 kettlebell swings 10 ring rows

KB Class WOD: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Box Jumps Kettlebell swings Abmat Sit-ups
