WODs for Monday 6/6/11

Wow!!  What a way to start off a week?!?!  A Hero WOD and 100 feet of walking with kettlebells!!!  One rep and one step at a time our CFitters and KBellers completed their WODs with pride and accomplished more than they thought they could when they came in the door!!!

CF Class WOD: “Badger”

Complete three rounds for time of:

95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps 30 Pull-ups Run 800 meters

KB Class WOD: 2 Rounds:

10 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 100 foot walk with KB’s in racked position 100 foot walk with KB’s overhead 50 foot lunge walk with KB’s in suitcase position
