KB Class WOD:

KETTLEBELLS GONE BAD

SDHP Box Jump P. Press Row (calories) Wall Ball

Perform max reps at each station for 1min, immediate transition to next station. Rest for 1min after all 5 stations have been performed. Repeat for 2 more rounds.

CF Class WOD: 3 x 200m, 400m, 600m

Work:Rest ratio of 1:1. Rest the exact time it takes to complete each distance in a set.
