Clean & Jerks for everyone today…doesn’t matter if you are a CrossFitter or a KBeller, we are sharing the wealth!  Form and technique are key here.  You can blow through this WOD in record time but you will be a better athlete if you slow down a bit, make sure you have good form and then build from there.  As one of our instructors always says, “M-C-I (Mechanics – Consistency – Intensity)!!!”
