We are very proud of those people who did not cherry-pick today’s WOD.  We have not had a 5K day in a long long time so you know it had to be coming.  No excuse that the heat kept you away as there is always the option to row instead of run which some people did do.  When have you ever rowed a 5K?

CF Class WOD: Run 5K

KB Class WOD: 5 Rounds: Max pullups immediately followed by 50 meters farmer’s walk

take a 1 minute rest after each round. 15 minute time cap
