Lots of variations of scaling for muscle ups and changes hat you can focus on for the WOD. For instance, do the scaling options for pull ups and dips but go for a heavier kettlebell than you would normally lift. Not often that the Rx Kettlebell weight is more than 55/35#. Do a jumping muscle up and raise the rings higher than you did last time. And the list goes on….
Our KBeller’s legs were on F..I..R..E…during their WOD. But, they loved it and can’t wait to come back for more!!!
