Super duper KBellers hit 2 WODs in 30 minutes.  ROCK ON!!!

Super duper CFitters hit some PRs on their deadlifts!!  Keep on keeping on.  Everyone has to deadlift something in everyday life!!

KB Class WOD:

WOD 1:

6 alternating floor presses (dual bells, one up one down) 5 sets, 1 minute rest between sets

WOD 2:


KB Snatch, alternating (total of 10,8,6,4,2) burpees


CF Class WOD: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 reps

BONUS WOD: As many rounds as possible in 7 mins of: 10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings (Advanced: 70lbs, Intermediate*: 55lbs, Novice: 35lbs) 1 60 ft Broad Jump 8 Knees-to-elbows
