KB Class WOD:
6 alternating floor presses (dual bells, one up one down) 5 sets, 1 minute rest between sets
KB Snatch, alternating (total of 10,8,6,4,2) burpees
CF Class WOD: Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 reps
