While some of us were at the Mid Atlantic Hopper Challenge, we had a bit of our own medley going on at Arenal Fitness. A little bit of everything – box jumps, rope climbs, KB swings, deadlift strength, gymnastic WODs…. WOW!!!

CF Class WOD: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps
