Someone once told us a story about a friend of theirs that lost 40 lbs.  As a reminder to himself of how difficult life was with his extra body weight, he will occasionally go for a run with a weighted vest.  Think about what this excess weight would feel like when you grab your medicine ball and go for a run.  If you have already lost the weight of your ball since joining Arenal Fitness this is a great way to remember how much more difficult things used to be and how proud you should be of all of your accomplishments.  Losing body fat makes it so much easier to function in everyday life which is the goal of our programming!!

KB Class WOD:

15 minute AMRAP:

12 Dual KB Push Press 200 meter run with med ball 15 Sit-ups

CF Class WOD: 3 rounds for time of: Row 500 meters 21 Burpees Run 400 meters
