Happy New Year!!
Today’s WOD was completed by both the CFitters and the KBellers with the exception of changing out barbells for kettlebells depending on which class you were taking. All jumprope double unders or single unders (scaled version) had to be unbroken in order to count towards your round. It’s like reliving any bad days you may have had in 2011 over and over again. 🙂
