Kettlebell: Strength: 2×5 Dual KB front squat or goblet squat

Met-con: 4-man Team WOD “Cindy” Rotate after each mbr completes the rx’d reps at the following stations: Rest 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Squats
