Oooooo…deeeaaaddddlllliiiffftttsssss!!!! This is a BIG one.  Got some strong beasts amongst us!!!  Let’s see those max numbers change on the whiteboard!!  Make sure you keep your head down (keep your spine in alignment) in order to get the most strength and power out of your lift.

SLAM BALLS!!!  Why do they call them balls when they don’t bounce?  No matter how much you might want them to, THEY DON’T!!  Got to get down low to grab them off the floor.  🙂

CF Class WOD: Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

KB Class WOD: As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 10 Kettlebell Swings 10 Ball Slams
