What a day at Arenal Fitness!?!?

First, it was a designated “wear neon” day by one of our members.

Second, our CrossFit Kids completed their reevaluation this week and showed unbelievable gains in their performance from their initial testing.  In only 6 weeks of participating in the CrossFit Kids program, they are hard core CFitting Kids Beasts!!!  We are so proud of them and they should be very proud of themselves. Can’t wait to see what the next 6 weeks bring!!

Third, our CrossFit Strikers worked ALL together to kick off their WOD. It was amazing!!

Forth, one of our original coaches came back after paternity leave to once again coach CrossFit classes today.  Welcome back Jamel!!
