So let’s end this week with with yet another named WOD – “Filthy Fifties”!!  This is a fun one.  50 reps of 10 different exercises…do the math…that would be 500 reps for each of our CFitters going for the Big Dawgs!!!

 

Our KBellers has lucky number 7 for their WOD!!!  Maybe they didn’t feel so lucky during the WOD but afterwards, THEY FELT GREAT!!!

CF Class WOD: For time: 50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders

KB Class WOD: 7 rounds 7 KB sumo deadlift high pull 7 push-ups 7 knees to elbow
