Strength: Back Squat 3×5 Choice of a “Hinge” Bodyweight Progression

Met-Con: PARTNER WOD – 4 Rounds for Time: 400m Row (both Partners row) 10 Handstand Push-ups Squat Hold

Both partners row.  Hold bottom of squat until partner finishes 10 HSPU and then switch.  Post total time.

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #6

CF Stiking WOD:

AMRAP – 5 minutes 10 DB Snatches (split) 10 Roundhouse Kicks (split) Rest 1 minute AMRAP – 6 minutes 5 Burpees 10 Knees (split) 20 One Arm Russians Rest 1 minute Then AMRAP – 7 minutes 200m Run 10 Combos (1-2-1-elbow)
