How about a Tabata workout with kettlebells?  holy cow!!!! and snatches at that!!!   Our CFitters challenged themselves to a full body workout.  But hey, when isn’t it a full body WOD?!?!?  Its was cleans and handstand push ups for them!!

CF Class WOD: 21, 15, and 9 rep rounds for time of: 95 pound Squat clean Handstand Push-ups

KB Class WOD: Tabata8x(20:10), KB snatch (36#/24#) – switch hands each interval

then, Tabata 8x(20:10) Push-Ups
