Big Paleo Challenge 4 kick off WOD today!!  To start the Paleo Challenge 4 our Challengers could choose between 1/4 or 1/2 “Murph” as their baseline WOD and then they will perform the same WOD at the end of the Challenge to see their improvement from 1 month of healthy eating, working out, and sleeping well.

Be happy we didn’t make you do full “Murph”.  Well, not yet anyway…  Memorial Day Murph is coming to close out our Paleo Challenge 4 on Sunday, May 27th at Arenal Fitness.

KB Class WOD: 3 Rounds: 15 KB SDHP 30 Mountain Climbers (each leg = 1/2 rep) 30 Slam Ball

CF Class WOD: 1/2 Murph 800 meter run 50 Pull-ups 100 Push-ups 150 Squats 800 meter Run

or

1/4 Murph 400 m Run 25 Pull-ups 50 Push-ups 75 Air Squats 400 m Run
