KB Class WOD: 30 KB SDHP (75/55) 40 Ring Dips Row 1000 meters

CF Class WOD: Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 15 Hip extensions 15 Knees to elbows 95/65 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
