CF Class WOD: For 20 minutes

Run 400 meters Rest precisely the time of the previous run

KB Class WOD: For Time: In teams of two, one person performs American KB swings while the other runs 400m. Teammates must tag up on the KB after every run.

Fastest team to reach a total of 300 KB swings as a team wins.
