Met-con: 3 Rounds 25 KB H2H 55/35 20 KB figure 8 15 Box jump 24/20

CF Class WOD: Strength: Snatch Balance 3×3

Met-con: Complete as many rounds as possible in seven minutes of: Bodyweight Deadlift, 7 reps 20 meter Sprint (65 feet) 14 Pistols (7 per leg) 21 Double-unders (sub with Tuck Jumps) 20 meter Sprint

Striking WOD:

5 rounds: 5 burpees 10 slamballs 10 Combos (1-2-1-2-knees) 10 Russian KB Swings (55/35) 5 situps

Then

50m slamball throw and lunge

EMOM during rounds perform 1 deadlift @ 60% 1RM
