KB Class WOD: 3 Rounds: 1 minute each of:

Sledgehammer Strikes Burpee Broad Jumps 1/2 Rotation Switch

1 minute rest in between rounds

CF Class WOD: 3 rounds for time of: Run 400 meters 30 Overhead squats, 75/55 pounds 21 Pull-ups
