Ever row a 5K? Well today was your day to try.  Might as well move the rowers outside with the runners.  The KBellers had the whole new bigger gym to themselves for their WOD.

CF Class WOD: Run or Row 5K

KB Class WOD: As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of: 4 Handstand Push-ups 8 KB Swings 2 poods 12 GHD Sit-ups (to parallel)
