WODs for Saturday 7/16/11

Looks like “Cindy” was the girl of choice for our CrossFitters today…no takers for “Mary” but no worries… we had lots of PR’s today!  It’s always great to see how much you have improved from the last time you did the same WOD…although those stinkin’ push-ups never seem to get any easier! 

Our KBellers were working on their jump rope and snatch skills.  As one of our CFitters said, “Where else can you tell a girl she has a nice snatch and not get slapped??”  Nice snatch Stacey! 🙂

CF Class WOD:

“Cindy”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats

OR “Mary”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Handstand Push-ups 10 One legged squats, alternating 15 Pull-ups

KB Class WOD:

12 minute AMRAP:

15 left / 15 right snatch 30 Double Unders or 90 singles
