The KBellers did so great with their burpees yesterday, the CFitters could share in the enjoyment of the exercises today.

KB Class WOD:

3 Rounds: 10 Ring Rows 10 Alternating KB Clean (10 R/10 L) 10 Alternating Push Press (10 R/10 L) 10 Walking lunges 10 Box Jumps
