CFitters have a light weight compared to “Fran” but don’t get cocky with it, as it will sneak up on you and bite ya. 🙂 We’re sure most are feeling it today.

Balance and stability for the KBellers.  You try holding 2 kettlebells and moving with them without losing your balance.  MAJOR CORE work!!!

KB Class WOD: 5 Rounds for Time: 1 Double KB Military Press – 5 Double KB Front Squat 3 Double KB Push Press – 3 Double KB Front Squat 5 Double KB Jerk – 1 Double KB Front Squat

CF Class WOD: Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

65/40 Pound Thruster, 10 reps 10 Pull-ups
