We put our CFitters and KBellers to the test today making them do a shoulder press for strength and then roll right into an overhead movement for their MetCons.  Major shoulder work and stability!!  Getting stronger each and every day!!

CF Class WOD: Strength: Shoulder Press 3×3 – 85-90% of max Three rounds for time of: 75/55 pound Push press, 25 reps 50 Double-unders

KB Class WOD: KB Military Press 3-3-3 move up in weight each set 4 Rounds 5/5 Overhead Squat 55/35 5 Pull-Ups 5 burpees
