Our CFitters abs are on fire this week.  Just cuz’ it’s getting colder and it’s not swimsuit season, doesn’t mean you lay off the goal of washboard abs!!!  Imagine what you are going to look like next summer if you kept up your healthy eating and workouts throughout the winter. 🙂

KB Class WOD:

dual bell

rest between lifts – go heavy
