Our KBellers finally out-numbered our CFitters in tonight’s class.  Whoohoo!!! KBellers are taking over the gym.  🙂

Our CFitters were laid out (literally) after their WOD today.  Check out some of their pictures. 🙂

CF Class WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of: 10 Wallball shots, 20/14 pound ball 10 GHD Sit-ups 10 Hip extensions

KB Class WOD: 3 Rounds: 20 American Swing 10/10 clean 20 High Pulls
