3×5 – Try to increase by 10lbs from previous deadlift day.

Met-con: 5 rounds for time of: 1 Rope Climb 200 m Run

Scaling Options: Competitor: Legless rope climbs Rx: 1 rope climb, 15 feet

KB Class WOD: Strength: Turkish Get-Up 2-2-2-2

Met-con: 5 Rounds: Max ring rows immediately followed by 50 meter farmer’s walk – keep feet in same position each time – as challenging as possible maintaining proper form.

1 minute rest between rounds

Farmer’s Carry: Dual Bells Competitor: 70/55 Rx: 55/35
