Met-Con: Partner wod 2 min work for max reps @ each station Partners go head to head @each station w/both partners working at a time, whoever gets more reps wins that station Row (cal) Abmat situps Russian swings Power Cleans Double unders Rest 2 min Rematch (do it again) with one min at each station Score for weighted movements is reps x wt Your partner should be doing the same weight.  If it’s a guy/girl partnership it should be about a 30% difference in weight.
