CF Class WOD: Skill: Wall or Rack Squat
Coaching Points: Wall Squat and Rack squat – Inch closer to the wall/rack if you are able to maintain an upright position while keeping your arms straight overhead. Having the ability to be more upright in your squat will carry over into your barbell movements such as Front Squats, Overhead Squats, Cleans and Snatches.
Met-Con: Three rounds for time of: 135/95 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps 50 Double-unders
KB Class WOD: 5 rounds 21 Sumo deadlift high pull (70/55) 21 Burpees Row 250m
