Enough with the strength and metcons, today was a needed cardio day for our CFitters. Only this was beyond a simple cardio WOD. But, our CFitters worked together as a team to get the job done!!!
1 minute probably felt like an hour for our KBellers who were trying to get the maximum amount of reps they can possibly do for each exercise in 1 minute. But they had fun doing it!!
