CF Class WOD: Strength: Deadlift 6×2 90-95% of max

Met-Con: AMRAP 12 min 21 ball slams 15 Abmat Sit-ups – can do GHD if you have been doing them regularly 9 hang squat cleans 95/65

KB Class WOD: 3 Rounds:

As many rounds as possible in 3 mins of 7 Power Swings 55/35 7 Wall Balls 20/14 7 Hand release push-ups

Coaching Point – make sure you release your hands off the floor at the bottom of the push-up. Tighten up and then push off the floor so that you are not snaking.
