WODs for Thursday 3/24/11

It was animal crawls today during our warm up that was probably the most fun.  Well, at least for the instructors to watch what we can make our CFitters do.  🙂

Then it was onto some major full body movements for the WODs in both of our classes.

CF Class WOD: Five rounds for time of: 95 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 15 reps 95 pound Thruster, 15 reps

KB Class WOD: 3-5 Rounds:

KB Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 15 reps KB Thrusters, 15 reps
