KB Class WOD: Front Squat 3×3


AMRAP 15 minutes:

6 Box Jumps 24/20

12/12 Kettlebell Snatches 35/25lbs

18 Medicine Ball Sit-Ups 35/25lbs

Coaching Point: In this movement, KB Snatch, it’s easy to let the KB away from or outside your body.  Check out this video for some pointers. For med ball sit-ups, when lying back over abmat, bring ball over the head and tap the ball to the floor.
