CF Class WOD: Strength: High Bar Back Squat 3×5

Coaching Point:  High bar back squat vs. low bar back squat

Met-Con: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of: 185/135 pound Deadlift, 5 reps Sprint 100 meters

KB Class WOD: Strength:

3x Max Push-Ups

Coaching Point: maintain plank position either on toes, box or bar across rack, working as low as possible maintaining good form.

Met-con:

100 single arm swings (each arm – partition as needed) 25 air squats 1:30 minute rest 50 one arm swings (same) 50 air Squats 1:30 minute rest 25 single arm swings (same) 100 air squats
