CFitters need to make sure they don’t make their WOD twice as hard. These are one-arm squat snatches, alternating arms, not 50 per arm. 🙂
Our KBellers already “pop” their hips for their swings. They really need to “pop” their hips for the SDHP as to not have to pull so much from the arms.
