Strength: Back Squat GHD Sit-ups or Hip Extensions (alternate days)

Met-Con: For Time: In teams of two, one person performs American KB swings while the other runs 200m. Fastest team to reach a total of 150 KB swings as a team wins.

Post total time.  If they do Russian Swings, they must go heavy!!

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #1

KB WOD: 3 rounds 30x American Swings (55#/25#) 25x Sit-ups 20x Hip extensions
