In gearing up for the Paleo Challenge that will begin on April 28th (Kick-off meeting at 11:15am on April 21st), we thought it would be appropriate to get some sprints in. Just pretend you are in survival mode and out hunting your prey except, uh-oh, what you hoped to be dinner, is now chasing you!!

Rest 90 seconds between sprints
