30 is the number for the day.  30 reps of everything for our CFitters and 20 rep rounds of 3 exercises in a 15 minutes AMRAP.  Sorry to say but you will run out of fingers and toes to count for this one.  Unless you are some mutant freak who has 30 fingers and toes.  🙂

CF Class WOD: 30 of everything

30 cal row, then: 30 hip extensions 30 slam ball 30 box jumps 24/20″ 30 abmat sit-ups 30 double unders (sub tuck jumps) 30 lunges (each leg = 1/2 rep) 30 push ups 30 pull ups 30 burpees

KB Class WOD: 15 min AMRAP: 10/10 Clean and Jerk 10 KB DeadLift (heavy) 10 Russian Swing (heavy) 200m run
