CrossFit is a full body workout.  Just think, when do you use only one muscle or one body part at a time in everyday life?  Every day at Arenal Fitness we push our family members to do their best and to do something they never thought they could.  Today, not unlike any other day, we are moving our bodies and moving weights from the ground to overhead in order to get stronger, more agile, and have a greater ease of living no matter what comes our way.

KB Class WOD: 12 Minute AMRAP:

Snatch5/5 10 Burpee Pull-up 15 Sit-ups

CF Class WOD: Three rounds for time of: Row 500 meters/Run 400m 30 Box jumps, 24 inch box 25 Hip extensions 205/140-150 pound Deadlift, 20 reps
