Who says too much of a good thing isn’t good?  Our CFitters and KBellers love their workouts so much we threw them “Dual”s today!!  Dual WOD for the CFitters and Dual Front Squats for the KBellers.

CF Class WOD:

1. Bench Press 4 x 4

2. ” Itch”: 3 Rounds For Time: 10 Deadlifts (275, 185) 50 Double Unders

KB Class WOD: 3 Rounds

35 Dual front squat 25 American Swings 10 Pull Ups
